Tucson: The Road to Mount Lemmon | 4K Cinematic Drone Film

One of my favorite places to explore in the Tucson area is the road leading up to Mount Lemmon. The variety of rock formations, trees, cooler temperatures, and amazing views as you ascend keeps me coming back to this place. One of my favorite sections of this journey includes the Windy Point Vista, the Geology Point Vista, and the Hoodoo Vista. It's a majestic area with many stacked rock formations (Hoodoos) that amaze with their seemingly precarious arrangements. As an aspiring drone cinematographer, I knew I had to capture this area. I filmed for almost two hours in this one spot. I will eventually arrange those into a short film, but I wanted to release something sooner. This short film was actually my first flight at this location to do some scouting. It's one continuous take with an added soundtrack and some color grading. Sometimes simple is best.
