In 2024, Sarasota suffered the effects of two hurricanes (Helene and Milton). Hurricane Milton made landfall in Sarasota at Siesta Key. I was born and raised in Sarasota, so I am well acquainted with the beauty of the city and the resilience of its citizens. These films are intended to honor them both. Stay strong, Sarasota! The focus of this episode is New Pass and Longboat Key. This was filmed during the partially cloudy afternoon of November 6th, 2024.
